Delivery (UK + USA)

I ship orders from my home workshop in the UK.

Dispatch days

I dispatch orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Estimated delivery times start from the day your order is dispatched.

Some items may have different lead times. Where that is the case, the expected dispatch timing will be shown on the product page.

UK delivery

Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48

Express: Royal Mail Tracked 24

Tracking is included on all UK orders.

USA delivery

USA orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Tracking is included on all USA orders.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the item(s) in your order and will be calculated at checkout before you pay.

Problems with delivery or damage

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The item
• The packaging
• The shipping label (if possible)

If something has gone wrong, please let me know and I will investigate and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Packaging

Orders are packed using cardboard packaging, paper protection inside, and paper tape with a rubber-based adhesive.
